Animators are friendly and create a pleasant atmosphere. Hygiene in common toilets and areas is satisfactory. Room: The room is spacious with an excellent view, and the number of hangers is very adequate—a strong positive. The wardrobe is old but well preserved. The TV is excellent in size and quality, though it is installed crookedly, which can cause discomfort during extended viewing. Comfort and Furnishing: A critical issue is the need to replace not only the mattress, which is old and uncomfortable, but also the pillows. The pillows likely date back to the hotel’s opening and should be replaced regularly—at least once every year or two—to maintain hygiene and guest comfort. While housekeeping ensures fresh sheets and towels, which are well managed, the mattress and pillows have clearly served their purpose and deteriorated.
