The simple neat rooms have excellent Wifi, Shower toilet flat screen TV and some with small fridge. Half of the rooms overlook the Coolhaven waterfront. The other rooms have views over the gardens. No rights can be derived from room types and photos. All rooms are available by stairs. There are several City map deals in the rooms that one can purchase. Hotel Baan is located opposite historic Delfshaven, 984 feet away, where you will find several nice restaurants and cafés. Metro stop Coolhaven and tram direct to/from Central station are 656 feet away. Parking is most of time possible around the hotel. Negative: The bed had been used for sex before I got there. Saw the stain under the blanket and smelled the perfume from someone on the pillow.
