Positive: All the properties relatively close to mandir in Ayodhya have mixed (at best)reviews on cleanliness. We had two rooms. Both were clean and tidy by Ayodhya standards . Washroom was also clean and with a working exhaust although next day there was a very mild stale water smell. The size of family room is good with 2 double beds and enough space for 2-3 boxes. Has mirror/couple of chairs and table and enough charging points. Amenities like soft slippers/toiletries/towels were provided but we didn’t use so can’t comment. We did a late checkout at 4:30 pm with one of the rooms at 50% room rental which is fair given usual 11 am checkout . Reception staff was always there and helpful. Food prepared by kitchen was very good (we ended up having all three meals and a breakfast there). Expect all basic Indian food with some additional options like noodles /fried rice / maggi on top. The sitting for it is in a banquet hall(or get room service)above but workable.staff were friendly. Property had a lift. Car for leaving can come to the property entrance (helpful with luggage). Google Maps location work perfectly for property. Aircon in room was good. There were some power cuts but generator started working couple of mins. But the best thing is that it’s 2 min walk from where the temple allowed golf carts move (20 inr pp). They drop u right at temple complex entrance in like 6-8 mins. Same goes for return. No haggling with anyone etc and cars and usual autos are not allowed to go on that route. We missed it but check with reception how to get the aarti pass for next morning if u r visiting the temple twice.
Negative: Don’t expect rooms with views although they have decent light (2 windows ). Cleanliness could have been touch better but from other place reviews it was well above standard.
Summary: Great by Ayodhya standards. Great location
