Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The people at the reception are in general kind, but clearly overworked so they are not 100% efficient, they are distracted so you must be patient.
Negative: The place hasn't received maintenance in many years neither a deep cleaning. It seems to me that they just clean a bit every day, but corners, small places are full of dust, garbage, hairs, moisture. Etc. There is people living there cause sadly it is cheaper than paying rent, and you can feel the weird vibes and insecure from how they look on you (specially if you are a woman). The dining only has 4 chairs, which is ridiculous for the whole building capacity, on top of that there are people sleeping and working in those chairs the whole day, most probably the ones living permanently there. There are also no shared material to use (pans, forks etc). The rooms are tiny and bunk beds are too close to each other, so you have to take turns to get in and out of the room. Please someone clean the terrace, is just too disgusting.
Summary: Avoid if possible, or be ready to just have a quick sleep and do nothing else there
