Well this is an infinity yard with the yard gradually stepping into the water and getting deeper as you walk out! This beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath with a loft with a day bed and a trundle bed boasts 2800 sq. ft. of inside living space not to mention the vast deck and screened in porch space! Newly renovated kitchen and hall bathroom. New paint and newly finished floors. Not all pics reflect changes. Wolf stove with a sub zero frig as well as new living room furniture. You can watch the sunset directly from the porch! High thread count linens on beds. Mainly hardwoods and tiled floors, quartz counter tops, and all the pots, pans, etc. you possibly would need is already provided in the kitchen. Games for those rainy afternoons that sometimes come in during the summer. 3 kayaks for use! WHOLE HOUSE SANITATION SYSTEM that kills germs for clean air. Beautiful views of the lake can be seen from from 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room! Lake Martin boasts of so may restaurants directly on the lake! We are a hop, skip and jump from the popular restaurant The Landing. You can drive a short distance or even shorter by boat to park and eat or hangout at the bar/picnic beach area. Also about 10 minute boat ride is Kowaliga Restaurant where you can pull your boat up to park also. The Springhouse will be one of the best meals you will ever eat so plan to bring a little bit nicer clothes for this night (reservations suggested). You also have Chuck's Pizza on the water near Chimney Rock. Chimney Rock is where you go for jumping off high rocks and some lake social time.
