Summary: I had multiple issues with this stay. I have stayed at this chain before and have never had such a bad experience as I had with this one. First, the A/C did not work in the room. Now I would like to state for the review, I am from the mountains of CO, I need a cool/cold room or I just cannot sleep. I also booked this trip months in advance and I was staying for a total of 8 nights at this hotel. So I called down to let them know and a fan was brought to my room. I told them no I needed A/C, I paid for A/C so than I need another room. I was informed the hotel was sold out and they did not have another room. I also paid for a high floor/corner view because I wanted to see the city. They informed me to keep the blinds closed to keep the room cool, than why am I paying for a room with a view?!?!? Sink was leaking, TV was missing from of the "living room," ice tray was busted (didn't find out until after I put it in the freezer with water, came back and there were icicles coming from the bottom of the tray), and other problems with the room. The bed is highly uncomfortable and will leave you waking up with back pain daily. After speaking with 3 of the hotel front desk personnel, I finely got the manager and had him move us. But as the week went on, I talked to other guest and found the 4/5 I spoke with, their A/C was not working in their room either. So the hotel knows this problem exists throughout the hotel, they are just choosing to ignore it.
