Positive: Lovely location, gorgeous views, nice big balcony, parking on site.
Negative: Oh dear where do we start! Everything basically!! I'm sorry to say. The apartment is a little gem in terms of location BUT oh my goodness there is no love whatsoever, it could be so lovely with a few moderation's . It's outdated, shabby, every fitting is at least 30years old and shows it! - from the old and dirty light fittings, dirty broken bedroom blind, faded prints on the wall, outdated kitchen and bathroom, curtains with mold spores on ( there is obviously damp in the property, which we can understand can't be helped by being near the sea and they have obviously given the apartment a fresh lick of white paint recently which is great) but there are no comforts. No throw for the sofabed just a bare thin sheet , no cushion covers on the cushions?!!! No duvet cover?!!!- again just thin sheets over and under the duvet?!? It was cold ( we came in April and it wasnt the best weather), the heaters were temperamental, we had to huddle up together at night time, the sunloungers are old , the canopy that hangs over the balcony is threadbare,. .. basically the owners of the apartment need to reach in to their pockets and spend some money on the place. It's not the kind of standard that is acceptable these days, maybe 30 years ago but not now. Needless to say we ended up leaving 2 days early and renting somewhere else. Not great at all. I can only hope my review spurs Interhome on to have a word with the owners. Personally I wouldn't have it on my books until it's refurbished.
