Positive: The property is gorgeous. Beautiful garden above the river.
Negative: Staff at the rental agency were not immediately helpful. Details of how to access laundry was never shared. It is down stairs in the basement, but you have to figure out which key and which door… The external door is operated using a six digit code. This wasn’t working and we had an hour wait for help to arrive. He was great in fairness to him.
Summary: It lacks a personal touch. All communication was by email. Questions were not answered. Help was not forthcoming.
