4 Bedroom House in Wading River

Beautiful and spacious (3500 square feet), 4 Bedroom House available year-round for long-term (30 day minimum) rentals.
The hamlet of Wading River is a short 75-minute drive from NYC. It's a lovely area on the LI Sound and in close proximity to award-winning North Fork vineyards. Our house is a half mile from the beach, where there's also an adorable French restaurant (La Plage), and two blocks from the local coffee/breakfast/lunch shop (Brekkys) at the duck pond. It's next door to a nature preserve with hiking trails. In addition, the area has miles of bike paths and state parks with hiking trails.
The house is situated on an acre and has a 20' x 40' pool, large deluxe Weber grill, outside dining area under a pergola, tree-swing and kids' clubhouse.
The house itself is historic, though redone with all modern amenities. It has 4 bedrooms (2 with king beds; 1 with a queen; and 1 with two full beds) plus a "bonus room" with a trundle bed. The bonus room also makes a great game room for children and is stocked with lots of puzzles, board games, Legos, etc. The living room has a Yamaha piano, full-size pool table and library of adult and children's books. Everything is new. The house has flat-screen tvs throughout and a Sonos sound system. The gym has a stationary bike, rowing machine, free weights and yoga / exercise mats.
The barn features a HUGE SKATEBOARD HALF-PIPE (28' x 12', with 4' and 5' drop-ins), complete with skateboards and scooter, helmets & pads; ping-pong table; fooz-ball table, dartboard; 4' wide "art wall"; beach gear and games; 4 adult bicycles; 4 children's bikes (of varying sizes, good for ages 5-12); kayak and paddleboard.
Cleaning service required every other week, $250/cleaning charge. Renters pay for electricity. Pets allowed.
