Positive: At first glance the hotel is beautiful. Most of the staff is wonderful.
Negative: After the first few hours of bliss you will be startled be the amount of mosquitoes and how aggressive they are. PACK OFF &USE IT!!!! I had to pay 25$ for one can. Also they were very stingy with the Don Julio Rep. I was quoted a different price for the bottle every day. Dont use the transportation service the suggest they also overcharge DRASTICALLY. I had to find my own transportation and excursions (which ended up being hundreds of dollars cheaper) for this reason.
Summary: Minus the mosquitoes and being overcharged the stay was decent
