Summary: I’ve stayed at this hotel six times and usually I’m very happy, but this time the housekeeping wasn’t up to scratch. The room was clean, but not as tidy or organised as before. They forgot to put bath towels once, and the shower gel ran out during my shower – quite a hassle. The cleaning staff also took longer to arrive and unlike other hotels, the room wasn’t ready when I came back after going out. For a 5-star hotel, I expected better. On the plus side, check-in and check-out were easy, the location is brilliant (which is why I keep coming back), elevators are quick, and the food at the Estate is wonderful. Plenty of shopping malls, restaurants, food courts, and convenience stores nearby too.
