Positive: Great location, close to local pub which offers great meals and ideal for exploring all that the Lake District has to offer. So much potential with the property.

Negative: Would benefit from proper cleaning and more attention to detail. Chipped crockery, not enough toilet paper, towels threadbare, garden area very overgrown, bath mat was filthy! Some items of clothing from the last residents stay still hanging in the wardrobe. We really did enjoy our week, however there are definitely areas that could be improved upon.
