Positive: The house was beautiful and extremely comfortable. Loved the location- far enough away from everything to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to drive to a store.
Negative: Desperately needs a deep clean... the inside of every tiolet was brown, and the showers were streaked with yellow grime. Had to wash every dish prior to us using. Also needs more basic kitchen utensils- there are no grilling utensils, despite having a grill. And hardly any bowls (for eating out of [only 6 total] or to use for serving). The drawers and cabinets very bare. Only 1 dish towel provided for the kitchen. There were also no towels provided for the hottub. There were 12 total towels, but the house sleeps 8. So we couldn't shower and use the hottub on the same day, or there was nothing to dry off with. It just needs some thought put into some basic needs. Also- there is a short in the kitchen island light switch that required a stick to be used to prop up the switch (evidently it's been a problem because the stick was on the counter from previous guests and we quickly discovered why).
