Tucked away in a quiet suburban neighbourhood is a hidden gem.15 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Down Town Victoria, 15 minutes from Langford and 15 minutes from the Airport making it a perfect jumping off point if exploring all of what the greater Victoria area has to offer.Overlooking the pool (open from June 1 to Sept 30) and leading out to an enclosed and private yard. Includes an outdoor kitchen and dinning area.Close to parks and trails and bus stops.The spaceA private suite located in the lower level of a family home. Both bedrooms have double beds and the living room has a pull out couch for additional sleeping. Its quiet, relaxing and a great space for adults and kids alike.Guest accessThe whole bottom floor suite is for guests. The back yard, pool and outdoor kitchen is shared with the home owners. We are often working or busy with non travel life so for most days you will have the backyard to yourself.Other things to noteThe pool is closed for the winter.There is no lifeguard on duty so you swim at your own risk. The pool is an in ground pool over 10 feet deep on the deep end so not for weak swimmers. Guests can use any of the pool toys or floaties that are in the backyard so no need to bring your own!
