The greatest concentration of 14ers for hiking, rock climbing and mountain biking. Monarch Ski Area for winter fun and an 18 hole Golf Course. Salida has the largest downtown historic district with shops, bars and restaurants. Also, located on hwy 50 is the Salida Hot Springs pool and more restaurant options.

This is your very own private Rocky Mountain escape.
New construction 2 story townhouse built in 2021. This is a 1600 sq ft home. Everything in the house is new. Upstairs 3 bedrooms - 2 baths. Downstairs includes living, 1/2 bath, dining & kitchen. (Open floor plan) Granite countertops, stainless appliances, washer & dryer. Small private backyard. Street parking and off street parking.
