Positive: We had a lovely stay at Hayloft Cottage. It was good value for money, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. We knew the location beforehand, so it was ideal, it's pretty remote (which is what we wanted) and great for accessing the Cleveland Way and other routes. Just a short drive to Robin Hood's Bay, Whitby, Scarborough and Dalby Forest. We loved that the farm had a horse and a pony, we saw wild deer, lots of other wildlife and did some lovely walks.

Negative: It was exactly what we expected based on the value for money. I can imagine some people may find the living room and bathroom pretty basic, but it was fine based on the price - clean and comfortable.
