Summary: The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, I found myself cleaning and disinfecting our space upon arrival. The sheets and towels were visibly stained, which was disappointing; thankfully, I always travel with my own. That said, the beds were surprisingly comfortable, which made the lack of attention to housekeeping details all the more unfortunate. With proper maintenance and a bit of TLC, this hotel has real potential. On a positive note, the cleaning staff were warm and courteous. It’s likely they’re overwhelmed by the size of the rooms, and perhaps additional staffing could make a significant difference. Despite these hiccups, I still had a pleasant stay overall.
