Summary: Hotels.com advised this property was with off site parking available for £15 per day hence why we booked. A few days before I e-mailed the property for parking details and didn’t hear a reply. On the day we couldn’t find the property so spoke to someone on the phone for details. We were then told there was no parking available with this property so had to park in a multi storey carpark at the cost of £35! The apartment itself is central to everything. It was clean and modern with everything that you needed for your stay. Fridge, washing machine, kettle, iron, toaster microwave etc. the WiFi didn’t work for any of us but that might have been a problem on just that day. The windows overlook a pub beer garden but the noise was not too bad and wasn’t open too late. We didn’t hear any noise from other residents. The shower didn’t have the best of power but did the job fine. The heated towel rail didn’t get warm although the indicator light was on. I’m not going to hold this against them as they probably didn’t know. I would stay here again but only if I travel to Liverpool on the train, if I’m driving I would stay somewhere else with a parking agreement .
