Positive: This hotel was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond the call of duty with excellent hospitality. One of our family members was travelling alone and got ill. We booked the Harmony Villas and asked the staff to help him since he was travelling alone. They took unbelievable care of him, making sure he was comfortable, checking in on him and bringing him food. They updated us on how he was doing. The villa was very comfortable, clean and restful for him to recover in. My family will never forget the kindness, warmth and dedicated attention and hospitality of the staff, along with the lovely hotel environment.
Negative: We only have positive things to say about this wonderful hotel and staff.
Summary: This hotel is exceptional from staff to the hotel itself.
