Plenty of room for your boat trailer, kayaks or bikes underneath. Stairs access to the 2 living floors above.
1st floor features the Great Room with sliding doors onto the day deck.
Gourmet kitchen, hall bath and the bunk room/home office. The laundry machines are on 1st floor.
2nd Floor features the Grand Master BR with private deck and en-suite large bathroom. Incredible views greet you in the morning, and the deck has a spiral staircase to access the sky deck/crows nest!
Lots of comfy places to sit, the large kitchen is great for longer stays or larger groups to cook together, visit and laugh.
Master bedroom and upstairs bedroom have queen beds. The living room also has a queen pullout sofa and the office has a futon single for additional sleeping.
Kayak and canoe launches are available, and indoor and outdoor pools and a fitness center including pickleball and putt-putt golf!
