Positive: This unit is so well appointed and luxurious. The view is beautiful and the sunset from this unit was magical. Its even more beautiful than the photos. We even spotted a couple of humpback whales from the balcony. All the appliances, linens, toiletries, kitchenware, etc are very well maintained, clean, and high end. This was our first STVR where it felt like home away from home with the warm decor, cleanliness, and comfort. Its a great unit for families especially bc of the access to the two big resort and all the amenities (there is a small resort fee which is an optional add on but totally worth it). Haley is super responsive and helpful with any questions. Overall this was one of our most memorable stays and we would definitely come back.
