Positive: We enjoyed the surrounding gardens of the apartment complex. Also, the fact that there were 2 twin beds ( so my adult daughters had their own space). The king bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had the basic necessities we needed, and the sitting area was comfortable ( only for 3 people- we had 4).However, the floor thresholds in the kitchen kept getting kicked off , and need to be reattached. It could hurt someone’s feet.

Negative: The plumbing was just horrible! The toilet would completely flush only occasionally. We struggled with it every day. Not sure if it was a pressure issue with the toilet tank, but it was frustrating. Also, the small hot water heater( I have never seen one so tiny) is appropriate for 2 people, not 4. We took military showers ( turned off the water while lathering, and turned back on to rinse) so we all could possibly take a somewhat warm morning shower. Typically whoever was last , received an ice bath. The booster didnt work when we tried to use it either. It was very frustrating. Finally, the key retrieval and return was not convenient . The distance from the property to the closest spar added an additional $15-20 cab fare, and inconvenience to gather/ return them. There should be an onsite lock box for guests. Also, we saw a sticker on the gates that asked to ban air bnb visitors. Not very welcoming.that should be removed.
