Summary: had an issue finding our reservation said bc it was “old” (booked in March went in August) so that took a lengthy amount of time to ‘find’ nothing was mentioned about the 50 dollar deposit asked for two extra pillows (one for each of our legs) and he asked “how many people are staying in there??” which he asked a few times upon checking in. we said just us two- lol we are 30 yrs old and need the support. it took him 10 mins to fetch the pillows. we saw him on the camera find the pillows and stand back there. quite odd. then he had me stand and watch him check our room… he made sure that the remote “still worked”, counted the pillows & yeah. won’t be staying again.
