Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cottage in the hipster, cool neighborhood of Cincinnati. Located just 10 min to downtown and to UC hospitals, this is a perfect place for an extended stay.
This cottage has a fenced yard, driveway parking, new Samsung washer/dryer, plus all designer furniture and bedding to make your stay as comfortable and homey as possible.
We do allow your furry friend (1 dog) for an additional fee.
No parties or events allowed. This is strictly enforced with exterior recording cameras. Please read to the end if you are bringing a pet.
Cottage Layout:
The cottage is a ranch style with no steps except 3 to the front door.
When you walk into the cottage, you are in the living room with a leather West Elm couch and 50" TV. The washer and dryer are in the closet next to the kitchen.
You will have a rolling desk and chair for work if needed. Eat at the bar area or the circular dining table (with my favorite chairs that are so comfy).
The primary bedroom is located towards the back of the house with an ensuite bathroom. It's a comfortable King bed with a medium memory foam mattress, 100% cotton sheets from Parachute, and fluffy bedding from West Elm.
There is a door to the backyard from the bedroom. The entire backyard is fenced.

If you are bringing your furry friend:
Only 1 dog allowed since this is a smaller house. Security deposit of $300 collected up front for a stay with 1 dog. Hypoallergenic only for allergy considerations of our guests. Pet Fee $30/night up to $500/month. Pet fees must be paid prior to the stay. If a pet is brought to the cottage without payment, there will be a penalty of $100/night.
