You have the entire home to yourself, including 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, dining and living room, and a kids space. Out back is a fire pit and access to the Black River. The freight train is active but slow.
The space
The home has all of your modern comforts. The bedrooms include 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Full and a twin. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware, and plenty of dishes, glasses, a Keurig, dishwasher, stove and microwave. A separate laundry room includes a washer and dryer. Enjoy one of two porches or the backyard and fire pit after a long day of adventure.

The entire home is yours to enjoy. There is a completely separate and small unit in the rear of the house that is occupied by a single occupant.
