The DUPLEX VERDE PISTACHO has 1 bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen, 2 terraces and a large garden with barbecue, pergola, solarium, deckchairs, hammocks and various areas with garden furniture.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster and all necessary utensils.

CONDITIONS
- Parties, celebrations and events can be held as long as the peace of the neighbors is respected during the rest periods.
- Pets are not allowed.
- You can smoke on patios, not in the houses.
- Please do not light candles.
- Minimum rental period: 2 nights (possible personalized 1-night stays)
- A large number of people who have been hired, including children, will not be admitted.
The house is available on the day of arrival from 2:00 p.m. until the day of departure until 12:00 p.m unless a prior agreement has been made.
- Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price.
