3 Bedroom House in Ferndale
This amazing property is in a small beach community at Sandy Point. You have views from every room of Mt Baker and the Twin Sisters. For breath taking sunsets that stretches across the San Juan's, Strait of Georgia and the Canadian Gull Islands, it makes for the perfect place to create memories. Everything in this property is brand new and very well appointed with everything you might need. The living area has floor to ceiling windows, so it feels as if you are sitting outside. It also has a large deck that is beautiful landscaped with a fire pit, great for the kids to roast marshmallows. The master bedroom upstairs has a king bed and both other bedrooms have queen beds with 3 full baths. Flat screen TV's and a large kitchen full stocked for making your family feasts. There is a boat dock available for a 30ft boat, the owners keep their boat there during the summer. Cost is 1.50 a ft per night. Light outdoor furniture is in the work shed on the side of the house including cushions and kayaks key is hung at the slider. Please return to shed after use and key to its location.
The best part is there is NO Ferries as it just 20 min from Bellingham.
Again, a perfect place to make memories so come for a few days or stay for a week, long term rental considered.
