Summary: The prop was okay. When we booked there was no mention of the hotel being closed for renovation. We stayed on the family side, no mention of that when we booked, we asked for our rooms to be next to each other, the staff made it seem like that was impossible when in fact the rooms were side by side. The seaweed was a nightmare!!! The hotel should have a barrier our in the ocean to block it from coming on shore. It can be done, hotels north of where we were are doing it. Brenda from BDX was AMAZING!!!! If you want to book excursions she is who you want to help you.
