Enjoy our ground-level townhouse located in a quiet community that overlooks the beautiful Escambia Bay. It's a quick 15 minute drive to Pensacola Beach and only a 10 minute drive to Downtown Pensacola!

The space:
Relax in the comfortable living area, catch up on emails in the dedicated workspace, have a cup of coffee on the back patio while watching the sunrise, or sleep in on our heavenly beds. The kitchen is fully-stocked with dishware and cookware, and has new stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, flat-top stove, built-in microwave, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, and front-loader washer and dryer. The living and dining area has a view of the bay and has a 55" TV featuring Samsung Television, Hulu, and Disney+.
There are no stairs, and the master bathroom has a walk-in shower with seat. The master bedroom and middle bedroom also has televisions with these features. The back patio has comfortable furniture, a gas grill, and a breath-taking view of the bay. There are USB ports for charging devices on the nightstand touch lamps in the front and master bedrooms as well as the pub table in the dining area, or go "unplugged" with a walk to one of several parks, restaurants, or overlooks of the bay. There are beach towels, chairs, and umbrella for you to use at the beach.
Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire home (except for a supply closet) as well as the back patio.
Other things to note:
Each of the rooms has a ceiling fan except for the bedroom with bunkbeds (for safety), and there is a pedestal fan in the middle bedroom closet if needed. There is plenty of storage to unpack and feel at home. There is an exterior camera for security but none inside the home. The owners are local, so they can attend to any needs that may arise during your stay.
