The second bedroom enjoys a large, private covered deck, two closets, and Jack & Jill full bathroom adjoining a third bedroom. The fourth bedroom has cathedral ceilings, a large walk-in closet, a private balcony, and a full bath on the third floor. The third floor also features an open-concept dining/living room with cathedral ceilings, a kitchen with upgraded cabinets and granite, and a breakfast bar where views of the bay, marina, and sunsets are most impressive and can be shared by all.
