Peaceful woodsy area, lovely, immaculate home! This spacious, yet warm and inviting contemporary cape is located on the ocean side of Wellfleet. Conveniently located to Gull Pond and the Ocean Beaches, with hiking paths to both. The house has a lovely 3-season sunroom with a view of the yard and woods. Pleasing patio for your enjoyment after a day at the beach.
Main level: Enter the open concept, great room with a souring cathedral ceiling and brick fireplace. Flat screen HD TV, 2 cable packages, and comfortable seating area. Beautiful artwork and tasteful decorations. The updated, attractive, well-equipped kitchen has plenty of room to move around in. An oak dining table seats 8 and there is a kitchen counter with 5 stools. Sliders lead to the lovely sunroom, which leads to the patio, backyard and enclosed outdoor shower. A hall off the back of the kitchen leads to a half bath and washer/dryer. A hall in front of the kitchen leads to the Main Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Flooring is hardwood in living areas and in the master bedroom.
Stairs to Upper Level are hardwood. Upper Level : Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 are carpeted and share a full bath with a tile floor. Bedroom 4 has a large TV and DVD player.
Basement: There is a bumper pool tale in the basement and a ping pong table.
