Summary: This hotel is amazing! Great location and a stone throw away from the cathedral. The staff are by far some of the best staff at a hotel I have ever experienced, so helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was great, the rooms and overall experience are second to none. I would 1000% stay here again if we come back to Florence. Truly a 5* experience.
