Positive: The property itself was awesome - spacious, in a beautiful location, and modern inside. Great for exploring the historical sites and seeing the lakes. The below negative point was minor in comparison - I would recommend this apartment.

Negative: The noise of people coming up and down the main stairs in the communal hallway was loud - which only really happened a few times a day, but it did wake us up. Something to dampen the noise on those wooden stairs would be welcome.
