Enjoy this cottage with plenty of room to relax with two expansive south facing decks with views of 12 Mile Bay for entertaining and barbecuing. Along the dock, also have 40 ft of deck to enjoy swimming, sunning, and a cold drink. An additional two docks are steps away for you to hangout on.
The deep water access makes boating a breeze and great fishing. Relish swimming in the deep clear water with no weeds.
Mature trees surround the property for a feeling of being cloistered away from the world. As the cottage faces south, take in the amazing views of the sunrise and sunset.
