Summary: We only stayed one night before leaving for the airport next morning. The apartment is right next to the station and metro, in the middle of Naples, in a typical Neapolitan block, on the 5th floor (accessed by clean lift or stairs). Difficult to find from the outside but it's got a huge, arched, green door, next to Tizzano pizza shop. No front desk so access only by phoning and waiting for staff to arrive (which they did in <5 mins). Outside the streets are a bit grubby (old city centre) but perfectly safe, or as safe as Naples gets. Once inside the first four floors are grand offices with decent decor. The lift was new, smooth, quick and the apartment was spotless with quiet AC. Four individually locked apartments shared a communal kitchen/sitting area (which we didn't use). Our apartment (room 1) had a perfect view towards Vesuvius. Breakfast voucher was provided for free breakfast at cafe a few metres down the road. Bearing in mind location, facilities and cost, this was a great place to stay - though you may not want to base a long stay in Naples from there. But it is perfectly positioned for the station, airport and all the facilities of Naples city. I would definitely stay again. But you MUST remember to WhatsApp the contact number the day before you arrive to let the owner know what time you will arrive or you may be left waiting. We saw this happening to others arriving at other apartments in the city. You just have to plan.
