With 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, & a sofa pull-out, your group will have plenty of comfortable sleeping options. Enjoy some friendly competition with our pool table—perfect for keeping the good times rolling even when you're back at the house!
Property information and layout!
As you pull up to the house, there is a concrete pad on the north side-big enough for 4 cars.
You will enter the home from the front door with a door code that we will provide specifically for you! As you walk in the home.
Bedroom 1 has 2 Queen size beds.
Bedroom 2 has 2 Queen size beds.
Bedroom 3 has 1 Queen size bed.
Bedroom 4 has 1 Queen size bed.
The Living room has a pull out sofa bed.
The washer and dryer are also on the second floor, and a games room on the ground floor with a pool table and a funky lounge area.
We have a keyless locking system. You will gain access to the home via a house code that we create specifically for you. That code will be sent to you with your check in instructions a few weeks prior to your arrival and you may share that code with your group if you wish. YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SHARING OR LOSING A KEY! :)
**If you would like a Nashville recording artist to come to our home and play a private acoustic set of your favorite songs and even some originals, please just ask us how. His name is Noah Alan and you can find his music on all platforms!

We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150
1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.
