3 Bedroom Cabin in Branford

This beautiful riverfront house is situated on the banks of the Santa Fe River with a private dock. The property is located in a wooded waterfront community with its own boat ramp on the Santa Fe and dock to the Ichetucknee river. This area of the Santa Fe is perfect for swimming, tubing, canoeing, kayaking, snorkeling, fishing, and boating. Yes bring your boat and tie-up at our private dock. There are also 4 kayaks and one canoe on the property for your use. Upstairs includes two bedrooms,one queen and one full, two baths one with claw foot tub. Great room and fully stocked (not food)kitchen and large outdoor deck with grill. Downstairs: Great room with day bed and Queen bed, washer dryer and full bath and screened in porch. Satellite , WI-FI and lots of DVDs and games in the house.
Please note that we are on a river that sometimes rises. At time the water will be high enough that in covers the dock and is well up into the back yard. We actually love it like this as the water is clear, clean and beautiful. You can still bring a boat up into the yard and have full river access for the canoes and kayaks. We recently fenced in about an acre of the property which makes it great for anyone bringing their dog/dogs.

Summary: We had an excellent stay! The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property is super clean and stocked with basic necessities and even more. However, the most important, the location is way better than what is in the listing description, what a paradise!
