Positive: Everything you needed was there - fan, microwave, coffee pot and kettle etc - tea,coffee,suger,milk was welcoming after long train ride to leigh Bottled water to hand Some breakfast supplies Hand soaps, shower gels etc The room was in good condition good size plenty of storage
Negative: All small things but they do add up Only 1 bath towel for x2 people (had to buy extra towl from town) The owners daughter upstairs on late night video chats with freind singing and talking loud in bathroom being warm night our window open we hear full chat and singing went on for ages You could hear the footsteps from the people above There was draws with little bits left by old holiday tenants- like flip-flops and old batteries under the bed, money in bedside draw(little left over change) under couple quid - receipts and other little bits of rubbish (so not everywhere 100% checked and tidied) Back yard when going down passageway was a mess - rubbish pile in direct sight so wasn't a relaxing sight There were some untidy bodge job repairs - like back wall to toilet tiles taped on, gutter down pipe outside glue repair that failed, the gate with amount of washers etc just to hold lock in place - they just looked messy
Summary: Fair price for what's there ive payed more else where for less - so good value for money
