3 Bedroom House in Appleton

Enjoy amazing evening sunsets at this two bedroom cottage. Home has a queen bed in each bedroom (2 bedrooms) upstairs and another bedroom in lower level (1 full size bed and 1 twin.). It also has extra sleeping accommodations in the LR and sunroom (extra fee will apply.). Wifi available and TV (local channels plus fire stick.) Catch a fish off the dock (seating at dock) or just enjoy the wildlife on the water. Very quiet neighborhood and awesome location on the Fox River and the beginning of Little Lake Butte Des Morts!

Summary: Property has great view of the Fox River and is very close to the main part of Appleton where we spent most of our time. Interior appears to be recently renovated and is very comfortable.
