A haven of peace and serenity...with peacocks!!!. Apartment located in the north of the island, in front of its only golf course. It is a very quiet urbanization, surrounded by nature, with a beautiful pool overlooking the countryside and a short distance from the beach (Arenal de Son Saura), which is 5 minutes by car and about 15 minutes on foot. It has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub and the other, ensuite, with a shower), a living room with a smart TV that can move to a room if needed . and a DVD player, with lots of movie’s, a small but fully equipped kitchen (large fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, Nesspreso and Senseo coffee machines, kitchenware, etc).
