Located directly on Santa Rosa Sound, this elevated home with private (heated) pool offers outstanding views of beautiful Santa Rosa Sound, and a large covered balcony on which to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage and soak in the scenery. Barbecue gas grill on deck. A large backyard leads to steps into the gently lapping waters of the sound, which are ideal for swimming, boating, kayaking and so much more. 6 bikes, 2 adult kayaks and 2 child kayaks provided for guests use!
