Vom Parkplatz aus kommen Sie in diese sonnendurchflutete, ebenerdige, barrierefreie Südwohnung. Im hellen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohn-Essbereich finden Sie eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, einen Essbereich und einen Wohnbereich. Das Ledersofa bietet gemütlichen, hygienischen Sitzkomfort und lässt sich einfach in eine bequeme Schlafstätte mit Lattenrost und Matratze umbauen, so dass die Wohnung auch von bis zu 4 Personen genutzt werden kann. Auf der Südwest-Terrasse können Sie die Sonne genießen und auch Richtung Westen den Sonnenuntergang betrachten. Im separaten Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein Schrank mit kleinem Safe und ein großes Doppelbett (1,80m x 2,00m). Bettwäsche in Komfortgröße trägt zum kuscheligen Schlafen bei. Das moderne Badezimmer ist mit einer großzügiger Dusche (1,20m x 2,00m) ausgestattet. Überall in der Wohnung gibt es Fußbodenheizung, im Badezimmer einen zusätzlichen Handtuchheizkörper. Über eine Außentreppe haben Sie Zugang zur Sauna die nach Bedarf kostenlos genutzt werden kann. Zu jeder Wohnung gehört ein kostenloser Parkplatz vor dem Haus und freies Highspeed-WLAN.
