The farmhouse is a beautiful, traditional home sitting on 5.76 acres of rolling grass hills, hardwoods and pastures. Enjoy a little escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet you are only minutes away from it all! Early in the morning and as the sun begins to set, you are certain to see a family of deer playing in the back pastures. This home offers an elegant formal living area and dining room, which are perfect for entertaining. Adjoining the formal living is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with views of the pool and back pastures.
The terrace level is filled with something for everyone! It features a full recreation area: complete with a ping-pong and pool table, a projection system and screen, and a fully equipped workout room, and a full bathroom. The terrace level opens to the beautiful pool area with views of the barn and pastures. The kids are sure to love the pool slide. Grab a basketball, and go play a game of horse! We ask that you enjoy visiting with them through the fence, and although they might ask for a special treat, please do not feed our animals.
