The gated community features the deepest marina on the west coast of Florida and a 27 hole golf course. Located minutes from Fisherman's village and downtown Punta Gorda. It is a short trip to Fort Myers, Boca Granda, Siesta Key, Cape Coral, and the Englewood Beaches. Food options inside the gated community include the Cass Cay restaurant & bar that overlooks the marina and the Linkside cafe that sits on the Golf course.
