This is a beautifully decorated but functional 3 bdrm home, perfectly suited for families and children. The home is conveniently located just 15 mins from downtown Toronto.

KITCHEN - Start your day with a shot of espresso from the Breville espresso machine. We also have a french press if you'd prefer coffee. A fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, small appliances (toaster, microwave, kettle, Instant Pot, etc.) and utensils. The space is equipped with a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze.
LIVING SPACE - Cozy up on the large sectional sofa and enjoy the smart TV with various apps (Netflix, Youtube, etc.).
DINING - Our dining table can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in addition to a high chair. We have a high chair and some child-friendly dishware/cutlery for babies/toddlers.
BEDROOMS - We have 3 sleeping areas. There are two traditional bedrooms located upstairs with a queen bed and twin bed. There is an additional sleeping area on the main floor with a queen bed, that is separated from the rest of the house by black out curtains - please note while we've taken every step to make this space private and inviting for sleep, light sleepers may wish to sleep in one of the traditional bedrooms upstairs.
WORK - We have a dedicated workspace in the primary bedroom upstairs, and we have fast wifi (500 mbps down / 50 mbps up).
BATHROOM - The recently remodeled bathroom is stocked with bathroom essentials including shampoo/conditioner, body wash and body lotion. We also have bath toys available for little ones.
EXERCISE AREA - The basement has an exercise area with Echelon bike, two lululemon yoga mats, and a foam roller.
PLAY AREA - We have a dedicated play area with plenty of toys including an play kitchen. The backyard has more toys including a play house, and cars for the little guests to keep busy!
LAUNDRY - A washer/dryer can be found in the laundry room in the basement. Note that this room is not fully finished, and it doesn't follow the same aesthetic as the rest of the house!
OUTDOOR - We have a big beautiful backyard with a century-old maple tree! We have a patio conversation sectional set, as well as a 4-person dining table. Please ensure to put the patio cushions in the deck box before heading inside!
