3 Bedroom House in Springdale
The location of our home is not far from town, yet in such a peaceful setting. During your stay be on the lookout for lots of deer and other wildlife. Keep your eyes open for an eagle soaring over the bluff.
When you walk through the yellow door close by will be the living room. This room is spacious with a large TV, game table, lots of seating, board games and access to the upper outdoor deck. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities for cooking and grilling. There is a pantry to store your food, a crockpot, Keurig coffee pot and also a pour over coffee pot. There are 3 bedrooms total. The bunk room offers 2 queen sized beds and 1 full pull out. It's a cozy spot for children or even adults. The 2nd room has a pillow top, queen sized mattress. The master bedroom has a king pillow top mattress, 2 walk in closets, a full private bathroom and a gorgeous view of the lake.
The outdoor space you will find a large firepit, an oversized picnic table, an upstairs deck and a sundeck across the street. All outside areas have a beautiful view of the lake. You will also notice there will be plenty of spaces to park cars or even boat trailers. We've tried to create an outdoor space that is comfortable. Whether it's a sunrise view with your morning coffee or an evening cocktail you will find a spot to enjoy both.
Our house is the perfect spot in Northwest Arkansas to boat, fish, hike, bike and participate in all other activities Northwest Arkansas has to offer.
