Positive: Nice touches by owner: the packet of chocolate teacakes was nice, but the bottle of milk in the fridge was wonderful! Travelling up on a Sunday, having left our previous hosts after the supermarkets closed, this was something we really needed!

Negative: Property was hard to find - the entrance is not on the same street as the property's address. The broom cupboard contained no dustpan and brush (though it had almost everything else we needed). More waste paper baskets and clearer instructions on recycling would have been welcome.
