Summary: Reasons that im giving a 3 star review is: Because the was nothing posted about a $60 deposit in addition to room rate. Our refrigerator was not working and had to be replaced. It was taken care of, but it took most of the day to accomplish. When I went to the window to ask about the refrigerator, I stood at the window while the manager ignored me, as well as other paying customers, for over 20 min. Because he was on a phone call with his family. Room was clean, but floor had not been mopped before we arrived. The entire 1st floor smelt of Marijuana smoke, and the rules regarding smoking was not enforced according to state law. Finally, there was nothing posted about 11am checkout, and we lost half of our deposit since we weren't out of the room before 11AM. Overall, a decent place, a little high on price, no customer service, and lack of communication on policies (deposit, check-out). Not certain that ill return, but I won't necessarily avoid it.
