Summary: This was not a good stay. I’ll start with the positives which is the breakfast and afternoon snacks were pretty good. The room itself was not up to my standards. The bathroom shower curtain was dirty. The shower rod was loose causing the shower curtain to drape to the middle. Causing water to drip on the floor, which I had to get up. Next there’s was a balcony full of standing water, which leaked into the room causing my bag to get wet and I stepped in which was disgusting. I’m addition to that leak, water was leaking from the ceiling. This was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Couldn’t use the pool because it was closed due to cleaning, which was out of service for a whole day- unacceptable. Spoke to the manager and received half off one night stay , which was a half way decent fix. I would never stay at this Embassy again. This is an embarrassment to the brand.
