Positive: The house was fantastic, clean and spacious. It's a shame the experience was ruined by the above "dislikes"....
Negative: We booked this room with that hot tub as a key factor for the kids entertainment and we were only informed upon arrival that it was out of use due to cleanliness issues. The owners advised it would be cleaned within 24 hours and then informed us the next day that the technician had attended to clean it - which was a lie as the dirt / sand was still in the spa. No one actually attended as we had someone home during the whole day. Extremely dishonest and disappointing. When the hosts tell you upon arrival that the spa needs a clean, how can you possibly put children in there until the cleaning takes place? Then to lie about it is alarming from a health and safety perspective. I will be seeking compensation from booking.com
